This is a heartbreaking story that can't go untold. "Sesi" is a 5-6 week old female Husky mix that was dumped like trash with her 4 other siblings on the Highway. These puppies were placed inside 3 sealed boxes and abandoned on Loop 1604 just outside San Antonio. When these puppies were found, temperatures peaked in the low 30's with freezing rain and howling wind.
A mom and daughter familiar with animal rescue noticed the boxes while driving and became suspicious of what might be inside. Despite the cold & stormy weather, they investigated the scene and to their absolute shock, the boxes were filled with precious puppies cruelly abandoned to die. We are so thankful they pulled over and provided Petunia's Rescued Friends the opportunity to help save these gorgeous animals!
